TONY MASCIANGELO - HAIR MAKEUP

The illustrious and accomplished career of Toronto-based Hair & Makeup artist Tony Masciangelo has spanned two decades.
Tony began his training in Toronto, and continued in Los Angeles, New York and London. He went on to cement a ten-year career with a major salon and cosmetic company that had him travelling across North America and Europe, sharing his expertise and various shows and training sessions.
Masciangelo’s unprecedented skill and creative vision was a welcome addition to the Canadian fashion world, being one of the first artists to fuse an incredible talent for makeup with an extensive background in hair. As a regular contributor to magazines such as Flare, FASHION, Elle Canada, Glamour, and Vanity Fair, Tony has worked with some of North America’s leading photographers. He has worked on shoots for Hermes, Holt Renfrew, Birks, L’Oreal, Tristan & America and La Senza, and celebrity clients Kim Catrall, Hilary Duff, Adam Lambert, Pamela Anderson, Taylor Swift, and supermodels Daria Werbowy and Coco Rocha.
Masciangelo continues to be recognized as a master at his craft, being named “Best Editorial Makeup Artist” and “Editor’s Choice” by CNOMA in 2005, and most recently, “Master Elite Hair Stylist” at the 2009 Contessas and “Canadian Session Hairstylist of the Year” in 2010.
